What you send us
The form asks for your name, email address, phone number and travel plans. You can also include a budget, dates and requests for your trip. Please do not send passport numbers, card details or other sensitive documents through this form.
How we use it
We use these details to respond to your enquiry, discuss travel options and prepare a quotation.
Who receives your enquiry
Your enquiry is stored in our business database and a notification is sent to the Glow Star team by email. Our website, database and email service providers process this information to support your request. Email delivery may be retried if the mail service is temporarily unavailable. Submitting the form does not create a customer account, book travel or make a payment.
Destination suggestions
When you type three or more characters in the destination field, we send that search text through our server to Photon to look up places using OpenStreetMap data. We do not send your contact details with these searches. You can enter a destination without selecting a suggestion.
Questions about your information
You can contact us to ask about the information you have shared, correct it or request its deletion. We will explain if we need to keep any records to meet legal obligations.
