Before you travel

Use this checklist alongside the conditions and confirmations for your own booking. Requirements depend on your route, nationality and suppliers.

Route and dates

Check every stop, the local departure and arrival dates, connection time and any change of airport. Overnight flights can arrive on a different calendar date.

Documents

Check your passport, nationality-specific entry requirements and transit conditions with official immigration or consular sources and the operating airline. Avoid sending sensitive documents through the public form.

Baggage and rooms

Confirm the baggage included in the actual fare, not only the airline’s general allowance. For accommodation, check the named room category, occupancy, bed arrangement and meal basis.

Assistance and preferences

Raise mobility, accessibility, dietary, child-seat or other assistance requirements early. Ask which requests have been confirmed by the relevant provider.

Price and conditions

Keep the written cost breakdown, payment deadlines and conditions for changes, cancellations, refunds and no-shows. Check any insurance questions with the insurer before relying on cover.

Contacts and confirmations

Keep the supplier confirmations, ticket or reservation references, meeting instructions and relevant contact details accessible for your trip.

Where to check current requirements

Use the destination and transit countries’ official immigration or embassy websites, together with the operating airline. Check again close to departure because requirements can change.

For health requirements, consult official public-health sources and a qualified travel-health professional for your circumstances.

Keep your details secure

The public enquiry form only needs your travel plans and contact details. Send passport copies or other sensitive information only when the team explains what is required and how to provide it.
